Please read these then acknowledge that You have in the player Bios
Mannaz Group Codes of Conduct:

1. Act as a team and help each other succeed.
2. Praise in public and criticize in private.
3. Fight against the spread of rumors, misleading stories and general miscommunication.

We Will Not.....
- Force another Character into a role the Player does not agree upon.
- Disrespect another person because of race, skin color, creed, sexual orientation, religious beliefs or physical/mental handicaps.
- Cause intentional mental harm to another.
- Violate the TOS of IMVU or its owners.

This Code of Conduct is a living document, which sets us on the road towards Advancement, Growth, Maturity and Fun Role Play.
It contains the basic guidelines from which we should use as a step stone which leads to higher standards for all.

===== ARTICLES OF MANNAZ =====

Article I. Name of the organization
The name of this organization will be MANNAZ RP Group (IMVU).

Article II. Leadership Circle of Tyrants
Section 1.Circle of Tyrants.
The group and its role play game shall be managed by the CoT.

(a) Tyrant
(b) Marshal
(c) High Cast Ambassador
(d) Cast
(e) Ambassador

Section 2 RESPONSIBILITIES.
The CoT  responsible for, but not necessarily limited to, the following:
(a) Act as the Mannaz Council representing the Group as a Whole.
(b) Serving as the Appeals board for disciplinary actions - ballot of Member removals, ect.

Section 3 MEETINGS.
The M.C. should meet at least once a month.

Section 4 Mannaz Counsel Forum.
The M.C. shall require at least 3 members in order to conduct business. The (a) High Marshal may vote only if necessary to break a tie vote.

Section 5 EMERGENCY DECISIONS.
Any M.C. may make emergency decisions regarding the RP group without consult with the other appointed M.C.. Emergency decisions MUST be justified to the M.C. in order to remain in force.

Article III. Official "Mannaz TIme".
Section 1 OFFICIAL MANNAZ TIME - GMT/EST.

Article V. Membership
Section 1 NEW MEMBERS.
a) New members shall interviewd by a minimum of two M.C. seat holders.

Section 2 VOLUNTARY RESIGNATION.
Members may resign at any time. Resignations shall be held for 30 days before becoming official. Resigned members shall be removed from all Group Boards and Moderator Listings.

Section 3 INVOLUNTARY DISMISSAL.
Members may be dismissed only by a majority vote of the M.C. A Member who is involuntarily dismissed shall be removed from all Group Boards and Moderator Listings.

Section 1. Guidelines
With Our Group growing and that many enjoy decorating and posting rooms these simple guidelines
will hopefully give everyone a chance to post at least two rooms under the Mannaz Banner.
We wish to remain as close to the Books of Gor as possible all rooms for the exception of Private
must receive approval by two Mannaz Counsel Members prior to posting.
