1. The Tyrant of Mannaz word is final. In His absence a Member of the Circle of Tyrants may record and Rule a decision.

2. Any disputes between the Members of Mannaz are NOT to be aired in public forums or pulsed. Nor in any role-play rooms. If it is an OoC issue, Members are encouraged to use any OoC rooms to try positive outcomes; also Mannaz Public board is available to Members and Guests as well.

If You have a problem, deal with it in a Gorean manner. If a FM, an Honor spar or Death spar will always rule. If a FW, talk and try to settle it between yourselves. If that isn't possible, take it to a Circle of Tyrant Member, privately. Not aired all over the boards or pulse.

3. Any member of the council may detain any FW (if she violates the rules regarding free woman behavior or dress) if it is deemed necessary and said person will then be dealt judgment by the Admin or Second Admin of the city.

4. Any FW which are deemed to be not of a proper nature or dress, will be taken before a judge and after the evidence has been reviewed the judge will decide their fate.

5. No FW will travel un-escorted. If this means to role play up a guard, do so.. If a FW is deemed to be acting in any way as a slave in a public forum, She will be tried before the Tyrant and His CoT council to decide Her fate.

6. Only the Circle of Tyrants are able to grant a Warriors rank within Mannaz or Contract to Scribes, Physicians, Slavers. Mannaz prospects will invest in a period of probation and Mannaz token. Six weeks upon Bio entries notification of confirmation will be addressed for Full Membership into Mannaz.

7. All Members need to role play their castes, and have Permission and Duty to protect House of Mannaz. Only [HoM] Members can Mod any HoM NPC.

8. There is no cross role playing, if you have an issue with a typist, don't take it to the character and vise verse. It is entirely two different entities. Meta Gaming is to be avoided in all forms.

9. If You are to be away from the HoM, due to real time, for more than 5 days, please post it to the Group page, so continuing role-play may be adjusted.

10. If You collar or cage within the city, You must post such to the Group page, or it will be deemed as not happening. Note: Note: Excerpt from Mannaz Law #14 *

*11. Only the Master Assassins of Mannaz have Contract under the Mannaz Banners and its Allies.

12. NO Guest in the city is able to collar, capture, steal or kill within Mannaz. unless Correct and valid Entrance into the Mannaz Realm is Logged.  CoT Members have final say.

13. If all slaves are busy or there are no slaves within the city, the FW are expected to serve as hostess to the FM.

*14. The Tyrant of Mannaz owns all slaves in a Mannaz collar. If the Tyrant is not available only the High Caste of Mannaz and its Chair Members may give prior consent to use a Mannaz slave. High Caste of Mannaz may use any unrestricted slave of Mannaz. Only Free of Mannaz hold sway over silks of Mannaz.

15. Slaves are not equal to anybody, they are possessions and will be treated as such

16. Panthers and Talunas did not enter the main cities of Gor in the books. They would never make it past the guards at the main gates of the city...with that eing said. Mannaz is not a City, it is an organization ran By a Tyrant commanding its Warriors and Mercenaries. Mannaz Has only one Camp that is accessible to Panthers and Talunas,  Panthers of Mannaz hold Camp Hadar off the Hadara road a tributary route form the main northern HI way from the Green inlets to Torvaldsburg, its rugged access pays toll upon caravans with the long more path mixed with cobbled road yet its true cost was in flesh and blood.

17. There are two things to be left at the door when entering HoM - bad moods and RL. This means if you are having a bad day do not bother bringing it to HoM.  Please take it to one of our OoC rooms if you wish to talk as Members. Mannaz Members are encouraged to use the Public board to post as topics manifest.

18. Any and all thoughts and actions will be held accountable within the Role Play. If you don't want people to see it, don't write it. Minds cannot be read however it is considered a translation of attitude and the language of your Characters body and facial expressions. Responding to ‘character thoughts’ should be treated as such.

19. If you have issues with someone in a room, do not post OOC thoughts about them in Rp.

20. There are couching laws in play within HoM. Free Women are not to show any heat in the public's eye. There is no flirting, checking out free men, or showing any lust towards a slave. If this law is broken, the free woman will be seen as courting for a collar, and be taken before the Tyrant and CoT for slave like actions and He will decide the fate.

21. There are no un-owned slaves in HoM. If you say you are a slave, and there is no collar on you, it will be seen viewed as stock and treated accordingly by HoM Members.

22. Each of the high castes must elect a head of their caste, to be seated upon the council.

*23. HoM follows the Gorean combat group rules. T1.RM. If you do not know what they are, don’t try to fight.

24. Free women visiting the city will have the same legal protections as sub Caste of Mannaz, and are also subject to all of the HoM laws and rules concerning Free Women.

25. NO free women within HoM will simply be force collared if suspected of violating the rules concerning her actions or dress, all free women will get a fair trial whether they are citizens or not.

26. Free women that are suspected of violating the rules and behavior of free women can be temporarily held in a cell or cage for trial, but they will be treated respectfully while they are awaiting trial.

27. The use of onlinism’s is strictly prohibited in Mannaz or by its Members.

28. The use of websites to learn about Gor is forbidden by anyone outside Mannaz.

29. There will be no furry’s allowed into the city, any furry that enters the city will be immediately asked to change to human form and be OOC or leave, if they refuse, they will be killed and fed to the Tarns.

30. Any Free person of HoM may punish or even kill a slave if it is deemed necessary, whether they own that slave or not.

*31. If the leader of HoM is slain, HoM is transferred to the Circle of Tyrants and Heir succession is executed.  It is NOT transferred to the one who killed the leader as is done in Disney Gor cities. It is an Heir apparent position and NOT a hereditary title.
